We collect or access information necessary to provide the features of Pauseful Mind. The categories of information may include the following.

02 Emotion and Mood Information

Pauseful Mind allows you to voluntarily record your emotions and moods.

This information may include:

• The emotion or mood selected by you.
• The date and time associated with your mood entry.
• Your mood history within the Application.
• Patterns or summaries generated within the Application from your recorded mood information.

We use this information to provide emotion tracking, mood pattern analysis, mindfulness, and wellness features.

Your emotion and mood information is not stored in our remote database. Where the Application stores this information locally on your device to provide its features, you can delete it through the Application's available deletion functionality.

03 Step and Activity Information

Pauseful Mind accesses your step count through Android Health Connect, after you grant the required permission, to provide fitness, activity, and wellness features. This is health- and fitness-related information.

This information may include:

• Daily step count.
• Activity information required to provide the relevant Application feature.
• Historical step information, where required by the feature.

We use step/activity information to:

• Display your activity information.
• Provide activity and wellness features.
• Help you understand your activity patterns.
• Support features that use activity information as part of the wellness experience.

Pauseful Mind does not use step/activity information to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Step/activity information is accessed only when the required permission has been granted through Android Health Connect. You can revoke this permission at any time through Android Health Connect or your device settings.

Pauseful Mind does not sell your step/activity information.

04 Device and Technical Information

Pauseful Mind does not intentionally collect or transmit device identifiers, advertising identifiers, precise location information, IP addresses, or other personal technical information to our servers.

The Application may access basic device information locally when necessary for the Application to function, such as the device operating system and application version.

Pauseful Mind does not currently use third-party analytics, crash-reporting, advertising SDKs, or other third-party tracking SDKs.

05 Profile Information

Pauseful Mind does not require account creation or sign-in, and there is no login functionality.

You may optionally enter your name within the Application to personalize your experience. This name is stored locally on your device and is not stored in our remote database.

The Application provides a "Delete Data" (or similarly named) function that clears this locally stored profile information, along with other applicable local application data, from your device.

06 Information You Voluntarily Provide

You may voluntarily provide information when you contact us or use features that allow you to submit information directly to Pauseful Mind.

This may include:

• Feedback.
• Support requests.
• Messages sent to us.
• Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us about the Service.

We use this information only to respond to your request, provide support, maintain the Service, and address issues related to the Application.

07 How We Use Your Information

We may use information for the following purposes:

To operate and provide Pauseful Mind and its features, including:

• Emotion and mood tracking.
• Wellness features.

08 Health, Fitness, and Wellness Information

Pauseful Mind may access health- or fitness-related information, specifically step/activity information, to provide wellness and activity-related features.

We treat health, fitness, emotion, and wellbeing information with appropriate care.

We do not sell your health, fitness, emotion, or wellbeing information.

We do not use this information for advertising purposes unless this Privacy Policy is updated to clearly describe such use and such use is permitted by applicable law and platform policies.

Pauseful Mind is a general wellness and mindfulness application. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or medical advice.

You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional for medical or mental-health concerns.

09 Permissions

Pauseful Mind requests permissions only when necessary to provide specific Application features.

Android Health Connect: Pauseful Mind requests permission to access step/activity information through Android Health Connect to provide activity and wellness features.

Notifications: If notification functionality is available and enabled, the Application may request notification permission to provide notifications.

You can manage or revoke permissions through your device settings or Android Health Connect settings.

If you deny or revoke a permission, features that depend on that permission may not function.

10 How We Store Your Information

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through Pauseful Mind.

Emotion and Mood Information

Emotion and mood information is not stored in our remote database.

Where emotion or mood information is stored locally on your device to provide Application functionality, it remains on your device until you delete it through the Application, clear the Application's data, or uninstall the Application.

Profile Information

Any name you optionally enter is stored locally on your device only, and is not stored in our remote database. It is removed when you use the Application's "Delete Data" (or similarly named) function, clear the Application's data, or uninstall the Application.

Step and Activity Information

Pauseful Mind accesses step/activity information from Android Health Connect as required to provide the relevant feature.

We do not sell step/activity information.

The storage and retention of step/activity information depends on how Android Health Connect makes that information available to the Application; Pauseful Mind does not maintain its own remote copy of this information.

11 Data Sharing and Disclosure

Pauseful Mind does not sell your personal information.

Your emotion and mood information is not sent to or shared with external artificial intelligence services or third-party APIs for analysis.

Your step/activity information accessed through Android Health Connect is not sold or shared by Pauseful Mind with third parties for their own purposes.

Your optional profile name is stored locally on your device and is not stored in our remote database.

Pauseful Mind does not currently use third-party analytics, crash-reporting, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking SDKs.

Legal Disclosure

Pauseful Mind may disclose information when required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful request from a government authority. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Pauseful Mind, our users, or the public.

Business Transactions

If Pauseful Mind is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

12 Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

Any mood or emotion pattern analysis provided by the Application is performed using information available within the Application and is intended for general wellness and informational purposes.

Pauseful Mind does not use emotion or mood information to provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

If our data-processing practices change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy as required by applicable law and applicable platform requirements.

13 Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Because emotion and mood information is not stored in our remote database, we do not maintain a remote database copy of your emotion entries.

Information stored locally on your device may remain until you:

• Delete the information using the application.
• Clear the application's data.
• Uninstall the application.

Basic technical information that may be accessed locally by the Application is not intentionally transmitted to or stored in our remote database. Any such information remains subject to normal device and operating-system behavior.

14 Data Deletion

Pauseful Mind provides functionality that allows you to delete applicable emotion and mood information from within the Application.

Because emotion and mood information is not stored in our remote database, deleting the information from the Application removes the locally stored information associated with that feature, subject to normal device operating-system behavior.

Pauseful Mind does not have account creation or sign-in. The Application's "Delete Data" (or similarly named) function clears your locally stored profile name and other applicable local application data from your device.

You may also clear the Application's local data or uninstall the Application through your device settings.

For step/activity information accessed through Android Health Connect, you can revoke the relevant permission at any time through Android Health Connect or your device settings.

You may contact us using the email address below if you have questions about your personal information or applicable deletion requests.

We may retain information where retention is required or permitted by applicable law.

15 Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the Service.

However, no electronic transmission, internet service, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security of information.

16 Children's Privacy

Pauseful Mind is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

Where applicable law establishes a different minimum age for consent to processing personal information, we will comply with the applicable requirements.

17 Third-Party Services and Links

Pauseful Mind does not currently use third-party analytics, crash-reporting, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking SDKs.

The Application may contain links to external websites or services. These websites or services are not controlled by Pauseful Mind and may have their own privacy policies and terms.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.

You should review the privacy policy of any third-party service before providing information to it.

19 International Data Transfers

Pauseful Mind does not currently transfer your emotion, mood, profile name, or step/activity information to our remote servers or third-party service providers.

20 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
